What is ARS Carpooling?

 


This carpool saves you more than gas (and you don't even need a car)


Carpooling is the simple concept of sharing the cost of commuting by traveling together in groups. Event management companies have long used carpool-type incentives to encourage individuals to register for events together for an increased discount. Ubiqus is now offering the same for our Audience Response System services



What are the savings?


When you submit your ARS request as a group of four events, each event immediately receives a 30% discount. Receive an additional 5% discount each time you refer a friend or other entity to join, up to an additional 15%. The savings per event can be as high as 45% off our already competitive standard pricing. Keep in mind, if your association has more than one meeting per year, you can include the other meetings in the carpool.

To qualify
All events in the carpool must take place within one year of the first event.
Meetings must include a minimum of 150 keypads (please call for discounted pricing on smaller events).
Discounts apply to consultation, ARS services, and all equipment; hotel, shipping & travel expenses are billed at cost.
